Mature Males arrive…

I received a few mature male spiders this morning… all alive, well and extremely annoyed.

Cyriopagopus minax  (ex Haplopelma) decent sized male.

Cyriopagopus lividus (ex Haplopelma) attempted to eat my face during unpacking.

Also received adult female Cyriopagopus minax and a 1.1 pair of Heteroscodra maculata from http://www.thespidershop.co.uk

The C.lividus male will get his opportunity this weekend and hopefully survive to go on his travels.

H.maculata female needs a week or so to acclimatise and feed well before pairing up.

Same for the minax.

If these males survive the Christmas period they will be available for 50/50 breeding loan in the new year.
